We moved to the Moscow area from New York City this summer and bought our first home. The experience was nothing short of miraculous. I drove into town at midnight on a Thursday, had a job interview at 9 am on Friday, met with a real estate agent at 11, and was ready to make an offer on a house at 3 that afternoon. The only hiccup was financing. I needed to be prequalified and had only the possibility of a job as income. Keith sat with me and discussed my short list of options, worked to find a lender, and had me prequalified by 5. I made the offer and left town at 6.
